"Located on Drottninggatan wich is the main restaurant/shopping street on Östermalm. Their part of Stockholm is very safe and you are on walkable distant to everything. A quick tram ride to the Wasa, Nordiska, ABBA and Viking museum. The hotel is located in an old building with a small, old, elevator, that doesn't fit a while lot. Most Swedish people take the stairs, so no issue there. Nice breakfast room, access to sauna, conference rooms and room to iron your clothes. Luggage storage as well. The rooms have a closet, safe and Coffee maker. Friendly 24 hour staff. Parking away from the hotel in a parking garage. Traffic can be heavy at times so be prepared to walk to get to were you need to go. Overall a great experience, we will definitely consider this hotel in the future!"

"Checking in was fast and easy—staff torally prepared. It’s at the heart of an old Swedish town so parking was a couple blocks away at the public library pay lot. Inexpensive, easy and there was plenty of short term parking in front of the hotel for check in. Our stay was short. "

"Very high standards, excellent service and perfectly located in the city center if you drive (paid parking) is around the corner and if you come by train about 200 meters from the train station and close to the Central Square for acces to several buses! Nearby the river for a nice walk and at walking distance from several nice restaurants. ZanziBar is higly recommended! The most expensive alternative for accommodation in Karlstad but worth it though! Their restaurant on the first floor has excellent food with an open air section and a closed one if you visit during winter!!!"
