The hotel is a bit old and needs revamping, but that makes it attractive and cozy.

Sleepy and deserted.

Poor internet, drafty windows, unmanned reception, expensive food, faulty room doors that slam loudly disturbing neighbors, and subpar cleaning every three days. Overall, the hotel feels tired and impersonal, losing its former charm as a vibrant gathering place for joyful moments and delectable meals. It seems stuck in the pandemic era, while the city offers almost equally unremarkable alternatives, although slightly better than the city hotel.

Både bra och dåligt

Gammalt och slitet rum. Tog lång tid att få varmvatten i duschen. frukosten var ingen hitt. Hade inget mörkt bröd och det varma så som korv och bacon etc var kallt. Personalen trevlig och bra med en lounge/pub på hotellet. Skulle vi någongång återvända till Kristinehamn så hade vi nog valt att bo på ett annat hotell men gått till loungen ändå.

Servicen ypperlig, bra frukost och överlag en bra vistelse. Byggnaden har sina anor från 1878 så skulle kunna få sig en uppfräschnong i vissa felar.

Rummet luktade, knappt någon belysning i rummet. Frukosten var kall och knappt någon påfyllning. Det luktade unkern i hela hotellet och skicket är så dåligt att det håller på och faller.

Lite besviken det var bättre gången innan vi var ä

Rummet var kallt var tvungen att sova med kläder på. Tog ganska lång tid att få varmt vatten i kran. Frukosten med ägg röra smakade inte bra men det gjorde resten av frukosten. God mat o service i matsalen.
