"Lovely chalet in a very quiet park with a mixture of tents, motor homes and chalets. Great location with regular buses to Leiden and Den Haag nearby, the only downside was that the reception staff were not the friendliest of people and seemed to take an age to complete the simplest of tasks, the chalet hosts were excellent and very helpful "

"Great little location. Wished there was more up front communication that the indoor pool would not be open as that was why we chose it. Staff friendly and helpful, great store to grab the forgotten essentials, very fun parks and area to walk with kids, two restaurants close- walking distance! Perfect location to explore the area!"

Wir haben 65 Euro für die Endreinigung bezahlt, trotzdem hat man uns zusätzlich 32,50 Euro berechnet, weil wir die saubere Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt haben. "The house was good. All the necessary things in the kitchen were available. It was enough space for us 6 for some days. Unfortunately the house was not very clean. I mean, the bathroom was clean, but there was a lot of dust in the Appartment. It looks clean, but taking a closer look you see that it is dusty and there were quite a lot dog hair on the couch and chairs. "We loved our stay in Rotterdam. The staff at Premier Suites went above and beyond to arrange for fizz and chocolates to be in the room when we arrived on my husband's birthday. The room itself was stunning and I could happily stay there for a long time. The only negative was that there was some serious demolition work happening nextdoor which we weren't warned about in advance and disrupted our stay."
