Good furniture and it was really clean, I felt comfy as a european.
Unfortunately on our second day the Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working.
The staff said they can’t do nothing but wait. At night time it still didn’t work. I asked for them to get it fixed, since I’m european and Wi-Fi is the only possibility for me to contact others.
They said they couldn’t do nothing, we asked the staff for a hotspot from their phone since we needed internet urgently and they need to find a way to get it since we payed for it!
My husband then asked if he could call a Cameroonian number from the hotel phone, the staff said the phone would have no credit.
This is not ok. I feel like you can only start your hotel when everything is figured out. How can you not have a phone as a hotel?
We had to go to the hotel next door and pay for Wi-Fi access.
