"Erster Eindruck war gut, aber woher kommt dieser Gestank? Aus dem Bad trotz lüften und Wasser in die Dusche geben. Wurde es nicht besser. Wir vermuten in der Dusche fehlt die Rückklappe. Küche, Boden war sauber nur das Sofa gehört nur noch in den Müll es ist von vielen Flecken und Löchern befallen. Richtig eklig.Als wir dann das Schafzimmer besichtigten auf dem Spannbetttuch und Kissen ein riesiger Fleck und lange Haare im Bett. Dann haben wir des abgezogen. Da kamen noch Dreckigere Decken zum...

"all in all it was good, the chalet is very nice just the pool is nt as warm as expected and the way to the pool was slipy after snow fall since no one scattered the way to the piste is also a little bit longer as expceted the chalet has a lot of stuff and was very cosy"

"Wunderbare Unterkunft in der nähe von Skigebieten/Wandergebieten. Villach/Klagenfurt etc erreicht man in nichtmal 1 Stunde. Die Hausverwaltung Fa.Hödl ist auch Top, 24/7 erreichbar und Hilft wo Sie nur kann. Definitiv 5/5 Sterne "

"Indicazioni chiare e automatiche. Si vede una organizzazione ben strutturata, ma impersonale e piena di regole. Il frigorifero era staccato, e poi il check-in era alle 16.00 e il check-out alle 9.00. Mai visti orari così a comodità di chi ospita. Abbiamo passato una sola notte in una stanza pulita, semplice, ma non è pratica per passare un periodo più ampio. Difetti principali: una finestra sul terrazzino dell'appartamento accanto, quindi non apribile; e la seconda sulle macchine parcheggiate....

"Stay was amaizing, welcoming was very professional and nice, Mrs Diana was very helpful to my wife and me. She explained everything we asked and gave us informstion we needed. We have really nice expierence with hotell staff. Hope next time we stay longer. "

"The hotel was a little walk from downtown, but I felt comfortable walking through the neighborhoods at night. It was very easy to walk from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to downtown Villach. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; the manager was positively the best. She gave me great recommendations and was very quick in responding to my emails. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to meet her to thank her in person. "

"Hotel City is ideal for a short or extended stay in Villach. Courteous and friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent staff. A great breakfast is included in price. Location couldn’t be better-across square from railway station, beside bus terminal and convenient to centre of town which is only a few minutes stroll. Highly recommended "

"Good Hotel for Family vacation. Alles was man braucht, kein Lärm durch die Autobahn. Kritikpunkt ist das Mittagessen, welches nur von 13-15uhr angeboten wurde für Kinder sehr spät. Es wurde deutlich das an Personalkosten gespart wird. Keine direkten Wanderwege neben dem Hotel sondern Schnellstraße und Parkplatz. In Summe Preis Leistung super."
