"This was my second stay at this property and it was another great one. The family rooms are spacious and have most things you need. We opted for the oil access in the Aqua wing and it was a great experience. Breakfast is amazing, wonderful food and choices galore. Loved the fish feeding experience daily for the kids We had lunch at the the Manta Ray and Coconut/Talat and it was lovely. Great portions. We also ate dinner at the Floating Market for a special fire show evening which was lovely ....

"This is a great property to spend a holiday without the noise and the busy crowds of Patong. However, the very same location is the reason for inconvenience since you have to travel atleast an hour to get anywhere significant in Phuket. But the amenities in the resort were wonderful and we had a great time. Staff was very responsive and helpful. The busy beach area around the resort was a turn off and it made the area look dirty. "I absolutely loved it, thank you for your hospitality. My granddaughter's spent a lot of time in a kid's club that was very helpful for us. Kid's activities were amazing, including movie nights. We didn't have an all including packet, but we enjoyed the happy hours that were from 12pm to 10 pm . "A very strange layout, perhaps due to the derelict building at the front, Tsunami damage? It means none of the rooms have sea views. The accommodation block is separate to the main hotel and is very long and narrow, it can be a long walk to breakfast. They've biult a lovely pool along the entire length which makes it jnteresting. It is a ery short walk to the beach. "

"Stayed only 2 nights but wish it had been longer. 2 adults and 2 kids, had a family suite, very nice and spacious room, felt luxurious. Room was very close to the pool so for us we were actually clad not spending extra on a pool access room. All staff very friendly and service minded. Hotel was not fully occupied so was possible to find sun beds even after 7.30am. Though many reserve sun beds hours before they use them (which is super annoying!!), but some pool staff actually removed towels off...
