"For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"Nice clean apartment with kitchen and bathroom. We had a car which we were able to park right in front. Only a 5-minute walk (I walk fast) to the MPreis supermarket, and a few minutes more to the centre of Söll. Söll is a great choice in itself, but also for exploring the spectacular surrounding area - Scheffau, Ellmau, Going, St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Westendorf, the Wildschönau….."

"Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, mit Sicht auf die Berge, nur einige Treppen von den Skipisten entfernt. Check-In und Check-Out waren problemlos, sehr wertvoll auch der Parkplatz in die Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, nur das Kinderzimmer mit dem Hochbett ist für unseren 1,9m großen Sohn etwas klein gewesen. Insgesamt sind wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und empfehlen diese Wohnung und den sehr freundlichen Vermieter."

The pictures are accurate, the house is immaculate, it's quiet and near lots of hiking trails (from easy to long and difficult), and the owner communicates promptly and is a warm, super friendly host. This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. We were sorry to leave as there was so much more to enjoy and see. The German /Austrian Alps were enthralling."
