The apartment is located on the first floor and has a magnificent private rooftop terrace of over 80 square meters with various seating areas for all times of the day. On ground-level there is a divers corner, on the first floor you' ll find a safe storage for gear.
Everyone will remember the view over the sea with enchanting sunsets. The apartment is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. The front terrace has a large outdoor table and seating area.
Two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms make this apartment ideal for a stay of up to four people. Divers sink.
Element Rooftop Apartment is located a few hundred meters from the famous Donkey Beach and Bachelor Beach, 1 minute drive from Beach Club Ocean Oasis and close to kite beach Atlantis Beach. Apartment mit Verbesserungspotenzial
Wir waren 24 Tage da und möchten zuerst mit dem Postiven beginnen. Zunächst möchten wir auf die gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verweisen. Sowohl über das Portal, als auch über WhatsApp immer erreichbar und Probleme meistens behoben. Ein dicken Pluspunkt gibt es für die Kulanz am Abreisetag bis 18:00 Uhr das Objekt noch nutzen zu können! Leider gibt es aber auch eine Reihe an Kritikpunkten aufzuführen und die sollten bitte nicht nicht als Merkern wahrgenommen werden, sondern vielmehr als konstruktive Kritik für die Verbesserung der Wohnqualität. Obwohl einiges auf dem Online-Inserat beworben wurde, war es nicht vorhanden. Wenn also zum Beispiel Haartrockner (Fön) als Einrichtungsgegenstand aufgeführt ist, erwartet man auch einen, wurde später nachgekauft. Außerdem gab es keine Strandhandtücher, wurden später zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch eine Vorabinformation über möglichen Baustellenlärm ist nicht erfolgt und hat unseren Erholungswert einigermaßen beeinträchtigt. Desweiteren fehlte es an diverser Küchenausstattung, wenig Tassen, keine geeigneten Gläsen (wurden später nachgekauft) Backofen war aufgrund von einem unerträglichen Geruch im Innenraum quasi nicht nutzbar und auch der Toaster war nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, da der Brötchenaufsatz fehlte. Bettwäsche zwar auf Nachfrage bekommen, aber zum Teil fleckig und unbrauchbar. Einrichtungsgegenstände z.T. unvorteilhaft bis nutzlos. Es gibt noch viel mehr zu verbessern, leider gehen die Zeichen aus, Schade!
