A studio apartment has a small living room with kitchen, bedroom with a queen size bed /it is one of the four rooms from the description/ and a bathroom. Apartment offers sufficient privacy for family members who need it. Please note the apartment is an integral part of the house, and it's never rented separately. So no worries, there will be no other guests in the apartment, upon your arrival we hand over you two sets of keys /the house and the apartment /

We have been surprised several times that more guests came than the guests have booked, in this case we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.
So to avoid misunderstanding, I repeat that if there is a change in the number of guests just before arrival /that is, you did not do this by changing the reservation/ an additional payment of USD 50, per night, per person for the entire duration of the reservation is mandatory.
One week before arrival please let us know the list of guests by name and age.
