KAS AVENTURA - OCEAN
This unique & beautiful oceanfront designer-villa with it's modern Deluxe Pickup truck is the perfect destination for your holiday. The modern house with fiberglas internet is located in the south of the island in „Belnem“ in the famous „Punt Vierkant“ area. This area is widely regarded to have the most luxury and beautiful oceanfront properties on Bonaire.
You can enjoy, the terrasse around the fantastic infinity pool next to the ocean on the ground floor, the large balcony with it’s lounge-furniture under a Gazebo made from palm leaves in front of the Master Bedroom on the first floor and the priceless 360* roof terrasse with it‘s sun protected chill area.
All choices offers you the best views of Bonaire. Views over the dazzling sea, Klein Bonaire, the bay of Kralendijk and the salt lakes and hills.
Have your dinner and a Glas of wine while watching the sunset. Iguanas, pelicans and flamingo’s are your daily attendants. The chances are pretty good you will even see a group of dolphins swimming by.
In the open living room, equipped with valuable artworks from 2 popular german Artists you can use a Music system with loudspeakers from Bower & Wilkinson to stream your own music.
The windows and shutters can be left open day and night to give the house this typical caribbean airy and light feeling. The spacious and full equipped kitchen, making the house feel even more open and light.
This exclusive villa has 4 bedrooms. 3 with it‘s own sinks, toilette and shower and 1 with two sinks. Guest toilette, outside shower and a big sink and storage for diving gear is also available.
To make your stay even more comfortable, the property care takers are available 7 days a week. The care takers will answer all your questions and meet all of your needs.

Beautiful home that enhanced our trip
Not only was it a wonderful trip to a wonderful island, but having a beautiful home such as this one made the trip even better. My family and I enjoyed immensely the time we spent in the house, lounging in the many places to relax, and swimming in the pool, and snorkeling in the ocean. Having our own facilities to rinse our dive gear made each day even more convenient. And being able to watch the sunset each day from the comfort of the house made it even more special. A great place without a doubt!

Perfect Bonaire Getaway

Perfect location for us. We prioritize being close to the ocean during vacation. Staring into the blue water and listening to the waves is good for the soul. The pool deck actually overhangs the water. The pool is deep enough to swim and relax in, the house is very well equipped and the beds are comfortable with air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Everything was as advertised. Irma was a great help and it was a nice touch to have some food and drink stocked for us when we arrived. The views from the pool and the sunsets were spectacular. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful island and house. Very spacious and clean. Plenty of room and very responsive property management. It has amenities for scuba diving equipment storage and cleaning as well. Would highly recommend.

Amazing property
The property was amazing; even better than the pictures. We saw flying flamingos and jumping dolphins right off the back deck and rushed home each evening from snorkeling to watch the sun set over the back deck. The property manager was terrific, meeting us at the airport and taking us to the property and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is as beautiful in person as it is in pictures.
If you’re thinking of staying here, do it. The snorkeling right off of the dock in the best we saw on the island, beautiful pool, beautiful view, and plenty of space for a family. We even hired a chef one night to cook for us. 10/10 would recommend.

Unmatched beauty
The house is absolutely amazing. The best part by far is the deck and pool area that overlooks the ocean. The views from the deck are incredible and there is ladder access to the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook in and there’s also an outdoor grill. The property manager, Dennis, was very helpful during our stay and made getting to and from the airport very easy.

A little piece of paradise!
The house was outstanding and the hosts couldn’t have been more customer oriented. Amazing home in Bonaire
This is a brand new property. Everything is amazing about the style and layout of the home. Gorgeous ocean views with the sounds of the waves make the view amazing. The pool is amazing as well. The property has 3 levels, and every level has amazing viewing locations. The owners are very energetic and approachable, and were available anytime you needed them. I hope to come back to Bonaire again, would love to stay at this property when that happens

We stayed at Kas Aventura for 1 week with 2 families. We had a blast. I paddled on my sup up and down the coast (starting from the house) and couldn't spot a better place to stay. Both the owner and the contact person were very friendly. Check in and out were effortless and the villa was so relaxing that the holiday could only succeed. And it did. Our teenagers were snorkeling from the house day and night. Everybody enjoyed it. It's a priceless place to stay

Phenomenal
My husband and I stayed at this oceanfront paradise for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was a phenomenal stay. The pool is gorgeous. There we so many nooks and crannies to curl up with a book and a drink. It was just the two of us but we commented many times about how we could be at the property with many more people and still have places to escape for quiet and relaxation. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. I loved the rain showers. Snorkeling right in front of the house is easy and amazing. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Bonaire.

Tropical secluded oasis
This was the most wonderful vacation that we have experienced in that we totally were able to relax; We did not make any plans and spent the week enjoying the beauty of Bonaire with the pool and the ocean at our beck and call! The reef is a ladder climb into the ocean from the pool deck, there is a grill, and all of the appliances are up to date. The truck is needed to get around to shops and restaurants but the house offers multiple hang out spaces so that you do not feel in any way cramped or closed in. We will be back.

Bonaire at its best
This is the second time I have stayed at this home and it is just as good as the first time. The house is upscale with a unique layout with 3 open air decks and an amazing pool right on the water. The home is well equipped with everything that is needed to give you a relaxing vacation. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, clean, and away from crowds, but still close enough to every thing on the island. The view from the home overlooking the ocean is as good as it gets, with the different tones of blue in water, and the snorkeling out front of the home is amazing as well. I am already thinking about when to stay for the 3rd time.

The perfect vacation
Stephen and Melanie were amazing hosts. Streamlined pickup at the airport to get our rental car. This is my fourth time to Bonaire and this is hands down the best property we have stayed at. They really have thought out everything to the last detail. The kitchen had everything with top of the line appliances. They were both very knowledgeable about the island and had great recommendations. Honestly, we had no need to go anywhere with easy access to the sea and an excellent outdoor living space with a pool. Thank you, we will be back! Marie and Drew

First of all, the pictures of this home don't do it justice. Absolutely beautiful! Great bedroom setup with A/C in each room. Kitchen is well appointed and plenty of space to spread out. Most days we opened up the wall of glass and watched the kids swim for hours. The breeze during the day is spectacular!! This house has everything. Great location, amazing communication (Thanks for everything Irma!!), fantastic pool, spectacular views and hot/cold running flamingos! This in one of the best homes we have ever stayed in while on vacation and we can't wait to return!

Amazing property and view
We have stayed at both the Adventura and the Allegria and both are amazing properties. The bedroom layout can take some getting used to however the view, pool, relaxation area, kitchen, and amenities far surpass any adjustments to the layout. We were cool enough in the bedrooms with the provided air conditioning. Being from the U.S. and not the Netherlands the appliances took a couple attempts to get everything working but I realize that is because we are from the U.S. - everything worked great. They provide a Bluetooth speaker for portability around the pool, but you can also Bluetooth into the built in sound system of the home - we loved it here and will stay again if available!

Best vacation ever!
Wow! This home is unbelievable! The island is paradise and Irma is wonderful! Before we even arrived Irma made sure everything was smooth and relaxing for us. Upon arrival she became an instant friend and helped us with anything we could need or want, even helping us with dinner reservations. The pool was unbelievable! Sunsets from the pool and deck every day can’t be beat! The house was perfect for our family. With having 3 teens it gave us all space to spread out too. The location on the island is terrific. The diving and snorkeling is wonderful. Wind surfing at The Frans was awesome, kayaking and snorkeling the mangroves was so fun! What a beautiful love to spend out spring break! We can’t wait to go again!

Modern Luxury in Stunning Location
This was our 6th family vacation on Bonaire. We have stayed in many different oceanfront villas, but Kas Aventura may well be my favorite. The house itself is beautifully designed and the owners have thoughtfully provided everything you could need. The location is very good~ we enjoyed the privacy and security ~ and the house reef was excellent for both scuba diving and snorkeling. The layout of the house allows for maximum ocean breezes to flow through, and even though the living area does get a ton of afternoon sun, a quick dip in the magnesium pool will cool you off right away! There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens to spread out and relax. We loved star-gazing on the roof deck at night and watching Bonaire's spectacular sunsets reflecting off the pool while eating dinner. Melanie was great answering booking questions before our trip and Stephan & Irma promptly attended to all concerns while we were there. Looking forward to next time!
