"They did not have my expedia booking and sold my room. Luckily i had access to their lounge and wi fi. My wife called expedia from South Africa and held for on the phone for close to an hour!!! "Lovely staff who went over and above to help. We turned up on a busy Saturday night for dinner and the lady at the front desk ran after us after a spot for four opened up suddenly, very kind. We were on floor 5 and could hear quite loud, clear music until the early hours though."
