nice place on the river
great staff,very helpful nice location with a river view if you have one of the private rooms. dorm rooms are quite spacious with a lockable cupboard space. The place is very clean with fresh towels, clean linen. My only complaint is that the hostel is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for us North Americans) and if your luggage is big and heavy it is a bit of a challenge - there is no lift/elevator.

Further than most
Bit of a walk to the major attractions but the walk is lovely as you can take the street or walk along the river. Transit stop nearby. Breakfast was far and away the best ive had, and its include. Meats, cheese, dairy, veg, cereals and toast. On sight laundry has no dryer. Towels and hairdryer are included. Staff are nice but a little pushy with sales for excersions. Would return.

Nice room and staff
Very nice clean room. No issues with shared bathroom, as there were a few bathrooms for all the rooms, they were cleaned daily, never had to wait for one. Reception always seemed to be staffed and available for questions. About 20 min walk to old town and also close to transit.

Awesome hostel :)
This hostel is actually not really close to the city centre but I still loved to stay there. Regarding the location, about 15-minute walk to the old town or about 1/2 hour walk from the train station to the hostel. But of course there are a number of buses or trams going to these locations (the bus stops are just downstairs of the hostel building) I stayed in a 6-person room but it was pretty spacious. And one thing I find them very kind was that they allow you to use the washing machine for FREE! It helps a lot for travellers!!! Other facilities are pretty nice, clean kitchen and bathrooms.

Great location!
Super hostel on the Wisła near to Wawel castle. Friendly staff, kitchen and a washer! Main square is about 8 min by tram or 15 min walk. Highly recommend.

I like Turtles
Quite possibly the best hostel experience I've had! Rooms were not packed and very spacious, common room was great, breakfast was decent but prepared specially for you. I was surprised but a towel was provided. It was a bit difficult to find (they're working on it) and exterior looks grungy, but look for the number 58 on the street and ring the bell for Okay Hostel. I just didn't like how breakfast and reception open at 8 am, because usually people leave around 7am. Still a great place, reception was very helpful.

It was cheap, but bad choice.
Dirty and sticky floor in the room. Wi-Fi was not working all 3 days of our staying. The poorest breakfast I have ever seen (only bread, jam and cereals).

ı have circled nearly all around the Europe with staying many kind of hotels, ı can rightly say this hostel one of the best of them, its cheap, has free breakfast, clean, cosy, just 15 min to city center by walking and fulls of very concerned employee. Especially, i would like to thanks firstly to Ela and then to Magda for their valuable suggestions end one special thanks goes to Magda since the day after Halloween she extended the breakfast time for us who stayed slept.

Overall, the hostel is just fine. It's clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The inconvenience I've noticed is that the walls are high resonant and you can hear noises from corridor or bathroom.

Questionable staff professionalism
I would indicate rather unprofessional behavior of hotel's manager. The problem was about (somehow) undone payment for the stay. My family (who was about to stay in the hotel) was informed about it in the middle of the night and refused to check in. I was forced to contact my bank at 4.00 am to find payment confirmation. I would expect to solve such an issue long before the stay which I encountered in cooperation with other hotels around the world. This is the main reason I would rather give low grade to the hotel.

Tycker detta var ett mycket bra hostel med fräscha rum samt toaletter/badrum. Servicen och den trevlighet som personalen bjöd på var klockren. Det som var negativt var frukosten, den levde inte alls upp för förväntningarna. Man får välja en liten rätt från en meny.

トラムから近く、旧市街は徒歩20分位。 洗濯無料(洗剤は持参、ドライはないので物干し出してくれる)、朝食付きで、ハム、チーズ、シリアル、ヨーグルトなどがあり、小まめに補充しに来てくれる。コーヒーと紅茶はいつでも飲めます。キッチン付、ベッド横にコンセント有、ロッカーも有。Wi-Fiも部屋で使える。レセプションの愛想もよい。メールの返事も早い。 本当に嫌なところがひとつもない素晴らしいホステルでした。

Spędziłem weekend w hotelu OKAY w Krakowie.Jestem zadowolony z pobytu . Czystość i porządek w pokoju OK. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja,wszędzie blisko, spacery piechotą . Minus to mała liczba łazienek na piętrze i mała jadalnia.

Opholdet var i det store hele fint. Billederne af hostellet skal man nok tage med en gran salt - men ok ellers. Desværre var receptionen ikke særligt hjælpsom. Vi manglede varmt vand en morgen, men fik at vide at hotellet reception at dette vidste dette men kunne ikke afhjælpe fordi de ikke ville forstyrre i et andet værelse hvor problemet var opstået. Da vi påtalte dette tydeligere som en klage blev vi afvist med at Manageren nok ikke kunne tage stilling eller kommentere pga det var weekend. I det hele taget kunne pigeren i receptionen ikke yder den service at hjælpe os. Vi manglede bare varmt vand!

Nice hostel with big family room
The hostel would have got top rate if the wifi was more stable and so with the hot water in the shower. The family room is really big, must be around 100 m2, big enough for a big family. Great view next by the lake. Around 15 min walk from old town. Recommends!
