We stayed here for 4 nights on our Christmas Market trip. The hotel was very nice and quiet with good size rooms and comfortable beds. Hotel is situated right across from a huge shopping mall and in short walking distance to the main town center square. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas which we really enjoyed. All employees we interacted with were very friendly and spoke English.

Excellent experience staying at this hotel in Krakow! The front desk personnel was very approachable, professional, and friendly! Room was in great condition, clean and new! Location is great, literally across the road in front of the main station. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Krakow again in the future!

Perfect place to stay in Krakow for visiting old town. Across the street from Krakow main train station and few steps from tram stops and walkable to old town. Very good breakfast with selection that we still enjoyed after 4 days stay.

This hotel is beautiful and clean but the entire staff needs customer service etiquette and friendly warming communication skills. Very very rude employees with attitude and disrespect. I do not recommend this hotel to Americans.
