We booked this property last minute on the day and then arrived late into the night the owner was brilliant and so accommodating. The room and facilities were exactly what we needed and the location was great we were right in the centre of the old town with everything we did in our trip in walking distance! Could fault the property or staff all were amazing.

Fabulous central spot. Within walking distance of the old town, the castle, Jewish quarter. Noisy at night time but our room was on the front. Room had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Will definitely stay there again.

We used this property as a base during a 4 day stay in Krakow and it was perfect. Clean and looked after but be aware of 31 steps up to the reception and rooms.

The hotel was clean, quiet and convienent. Only a few doors down from the market square in the old town with heaps of dining close by. It was snowing in Krakow when we were there and the room was toasty and warm. Great to come back to after walking around the xmas markets.

stayed here for 3 nights, the positives are the location is extremely close to the main square but if you are a light sleeper the noise may keep you up during the weekend. The room was large and the service staff were polite, A good choice if you want to be right at the square and short walking distance to most attractions.

Ideally located in the old town just off the main square so close to shops, restaurants and some attractions. Easy walking distance to other attractions and the train station. Beautiful old building, clean, spacious and warm apartment with kettle, fridge and tv. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly. Room was on the front of the building so some slight noise but not too bad. Excellent value for money

We arrived late but with one quick call the receptionist was there to greet us! He was amazing at getting us on the auschwitz tour which is why we came back to krakow! Really friendly and helpful. The room was big enough for purpose.

Fantastic property just off the market square in the middle of the old town area of krakow. Clean and comfortable. We were in room 3 which was very spacious. I didn’t catch his name but the man on reception was very helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble for him. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that. My only criticism would be that there was only one thin pillow each so having another would have been good, having said that we didn’t actually ask for another one and I’m sure we’d have been given one if we’d asked. All in all I would recommend this aparthotel if you’re after a good clean comfortable base in the centre of the old town area and I would stay there again.

Location is super. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Property owner / manager is on site frequently and is great! The airline lost my baggage and I notified the manager. A few nights later we heard a very light knock on our door kind of late in the evening. We weren’t even sure it was our door but I went to check and our host was there with all of our lost baggage! Very kind people. Recommended unconditionally!

Average. Noise front and back (back workmen banging hammering before 6am each morning. Then the taxi ordered and arranged by hotel, we were tols to pay hotel staff day before our departure, we did 35 euros. But when we arrived at the airport the taxi driver said no we dont pay hotel we pay driver and things became very heated...and was upsetting, we had to pay another 35 euro...I called hotel and they said they will refund 35 euro ..nobody wants to have to pay twice.
