We loved the rustic charm of the property. Very clean and the apartment was lovely and warm when we arrived. Excellent location. The Communication with the apartments before we stayed was brilliant, could not ask for more.

The property was exactly what it said. Could do with done decent pillows. When we arrived there was no hot water so disappointed that we couldn't shower but it was dealt with very swiftly and efficiently.

This was not as advertised. The room was very small - just bigger than a double bed, which made the kitchenette unusable due to lack of space. I was bitten in the room by insects. To use the bathroom you had to go through a freezing cold hallway. Also there were wires coming out of the walls which didnt feel safe.

We stayed in the main building where the office is in the deluxe apartment. It was lovely! Nicely decorated & huge bathroom with a bath and shower. Good little kitchenette and a table with seats. We really enjoyed our stay, only downside was the air con made the room smell musty, but easily solved. Don’t let the entrance stair cases put you off, because the room we had and the staff were lovely. We were also in the perfect location. I would definitely return.

Perfect location so close to main square and all the big sights. Really comfortable and nicely decorated apartment, had all we required. Our one mark down on cleanliness was the kettle could not be used was a horrible smell when opened and could have done with more towels. Apart from that this is a place I’d stay again.

Great Apartment in great location in Krakow
Lovely spacious apartment in a great location opposite Krakow's Vistula River. Supermarket and 24hr Convenience store 1 minute walk away. Kitchen and both bathrooms are well maintained and all work well.

We arrived krakow at 9pm. Check in was not very good as there was no electricity at the apartment. We phoned the management and they responded immediately and booked a taxi and transfered us to another accommodation. They fixed the problem and transfered us back to the original apartment the next day. They reimbursed the money for the taxi. Anna and Bozena were very helpful throughout the process. The apartment is very spacious and very closed to the castle and Grodzka street which leads to the main square of the old town.

Excellent apartment
The hotel was lovely and the apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. The room was a little hot as the sun came directly in, however a fan was provided. The hotel is in an excellent area of the old town and is only a 10/15 minute walk from the main square and lots of bars and restaurants. They also offer an airport shuttle for 90zln each way, which takes you direct to your hotel and right to the airport. Overall our stay was excellent and we would definitely stay again!
