The apartment we stayed was great! It was very clean, it has a little kitchen with everything you need for a vacation, the room was warm in very cold days. All in all it was a great experience. It is very close to the town square (1 min walk), a lot of grocery stores around, restaurants and attractions.

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment. Loved the original features especially the double doors and windows. Luke’s was very helpful on reception, booking trips and transfers. Be prepared for noisy pub crawls until after midnight!

This is a fantastic property! The location could not be any better! Located right in the middle of the old town district, walking distance to St. Mary’s Basilica, Cloth Hall, Wawel castle, and more! The owner was exceptional, coming in on Sunday to check us in. Prepared with snacks for our three young children who were hungry and restless coming from the airplane. The apartment was great! Spacious and clean! There was a full kitchen, stocked with paper towels, tableware, coffee, tea, sugar, and refrigerator! There was a 100 zloty (about $25 usd) cleaning fee when we arrived. But totally worth the experience! I highly recommend this property.

It was an Apartment in Krakow Old Town. The building is a classic 100 year + old. It is in good condition with some modern upgrades. New double glazed European windows, do keep out the noise, but there is no air conditioning, just a floor stand fan. so it’s a balance between open windows for fresh air, or noise. The owner did meet as promised, as the reception hours are limited. The owner waved the “late check in fee €30, which was a good gesture. There is a €30 clean up fee, which I believe was also wavied. (It should be included in the nightly price, since it is being run as a Hotel, vs an Air BnB.

great situation near main square, reception Lukas couldn't have been more helpful or prompt in responding to messages before our stay. Apartment clean & spacious. only thing didn't like was 3 flights of stairs with our suitcases. Lukas went out of his way to store our luggage for a later flight on departure day even though reception was closed. also booked airport taxi transfers for us that went very smoothly

Greeted with a warm welcome. Apartment absolutely fit for purpose. Bed was comfortable, nice kitchen area with fridge, hot water worked fine. Apartment was large and spacious, building itself was lovely. Floors were very very creaky, window had a draft so was cold (travelled in Dec), boiler very loud but only when being used. Over all, would stay there again :)

Property is very centrally located around the corner from the Old Town Square. Within walking distance of most historical sites and many, many wonderful restaurants. Despite being close to the town Center the street was very quiet. Luka, one of the two managers was very helpful before and during our stay. I would absolutely recommend Roman Apartments.

The location of the property is simply great...few minutes walk to the main square and all the attractions. The room was spacious and clean but there are pubs playing loud music around. Not sure if it was during weekends only or weekdays too. Communication was perfect and reception people was very nice and collaborative . If back to Krakow will surely stay there again
