We arrived at the apartment to be told it wasn’t ready and we’d have to go to a hotel in Zabljak instead! The apartment wasn’t ready because it was early in the season! "The owner never replied to several texts from me throughout the day. When I arrived in Zabljak around 6:45 pmI contacted VRBO for help and they couldn't get a response either. I contacted VRBO several times and did not receive any help finding a place to stay. I had to find a place to stay for the night on my own. The whole experience was stressful and disappointing."

"I had a great stay. The place is conveniently located next to the black lake, the durmitor ring and the little downtown. "The apartment hosts are very kind, and helpful people, even giving me a lift one day. The apartment was clean, and reasonably spacious with cooking facilities. Just be aware that the apartment is about 1.5km walk from the main town, and about a 3km from the national park entrance (assuming your going to the main lake - Crno Jezero). "The space is stylish, contemporary, clean, comfortable, and easy to find. Could have used a little more storage space. There was no electricity when I arrived, and no running water at 5am the next morning when I needed to take a shower for an early departure.
