"Loved our 5 night stay. Awesome views and location. Staff were very attentive and went the extra mile to ensure comfort and all our needs were met. Lots of variety of food and all to a high standard. Linen and rooms were clean. Live singers, yoga, cookery demos and entertainment made it extra special. All the staff deserve credit for their efforts "

"Excellent hotel if you are landing late or leaving early - just five minutes from the airport but we didn’t hear any planes. There isn’t a lot within walking distance but that isn’t why you would stay here. Excellent food, breakfast buffet was excellent and the large pool was a bonus"

"For being a random choice, wanted a somewhat backwater view with a balcony this was a great find. Also I am a high level Bonvoy member so I love that it is part of the Bonvoy grp. The staff and all were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and seemed modern and newly done. Only a small improvement as a suggestion.... The timing of service requests should be looked into. And pick up of in room dining trays from the corridors should be done more frequently. Our dnr tray was still outside in the morning when we were going for breakfast. But in the whole it was a lovely peaceful stay. Glad it was attached to the mall however we didn't need to go to the mall. Will definitely try and visit again."

"Perched halfway up a mountain the hotel has amazing views over the tea plantations, forested hills and mountains reaching into the horizon. The lobby has a wow factor huge panoramic viewing balcony for the must have arrival photos. Check-in was fast and efficient and the staff oferred a variety of things to do including complimentary high tea, tea tasting, cookery class and a morning walk along the mountain. Room also had that wow factor with huge window and balcony to admire the view - woke early to catch a magical sunrise with misty valleys and mountains. Plenty of nice amenities in the room, good wifi and large TV with Netflix. Menu choice was great as was the food, service and staff. Enjoyed the spa treatment after a long day sightseeing. By far the best stay of our holiday."

"The hotel and its staff are absolutely amazing. I have a severe nut allergy, so traveling to India is a bit nerve-wracking. Unfortunately, on the first morning, I had a reaction at the hotel breakfast. The staff sprang into action and got us transportation to the hospital. The F&B manager even came to the hospital to check on me. Luckily the reaction wasn't so severe, but the way the staff handled it was very impressive. Big thanks to Abel and the Port Muziris staff."
