"Pros: quiet area, beautiful garden, lots of light, toys/games for the kids, modern, pool, rental agency was kind and tried to be helpful, close to things if you have a car--very beautiful area. Safety gate at the top of the (very steep) stairs kept my kids from going up/down on their own. Cons: check in process required downloading 2 different apps, keyless entry was tricky to tell if the door was locked, bathtub and floors weren't as clean as they could be.
