"I absolutely loved my stay at this property. Arrived late at night in Pristina, messaged them ahead of time to let them know. When my bus was delayed and I was late at given timing, they reached out to check on my arrival time. Responsive over Whatsapp on other issues like advice on bus and taxis during my stay - even helped me call a taxi in a pinch. 24/7 desk was useful. The location is good, within walking distance of many of the main attractions in Pristina, and close to a very nice restaurant that serves traditional dishes.
