The room was basic and amenities were few unless you pay for them (coffee). We only saw one other couple during our stay which was unusual. Then again, it’s January on a Sunday."

"Lovely area - very peaceful and lake beautiful. A great way to experience Finnish summer life. Cottage is small but fine for couple - although not sure we expected such steep stairs to bedroom. Bathroom is separate, but attached which is fine. Sauna was lovely. Decking area and BBQ perfect. Enjoyed seeing the nesting house martins fledge."
