I had a room in the adjacent building in -1 level with a garden view. Room was nice but some details showing signs of age and wear especially the bathroom. Sauna facility was good. Plenty of restaurants to choose from walking around the old town and a short walk to the marina which also has many restaurants. "The property was nicely remodeled - the rooms are great, including a comfortable mattress. The breakfast in the adjacent restaurant offers a very large amount of portions from a multiple course menu. It was very delicious. Also, the proximity to Old Town Budva and the waterfront makes it prime real estate. I highly recommend this hotel. "
