The apartment house "Grete" (built in 2006) in Koserow is about 3 minutes walk from the beach and the pier. In the house there are 8 apartments. Each apartment has internet wifi. Centrally located in the house a washing machine and dryer with coin counter for you. A confectionery and bakery with breakfast is about 5 minutes walk away. - Long term vacationers are also welcome in the months of November to March! We would be happy to make you an offer with favorable special rates. - The island of Usedom and the nearby town of Wolgast await you with numerous recreational activities. It is possible to rent bicycles or boats, play mini-golf or tennis, bowl / bowl, have a massage, ride in Trassenheide or enjoy kitesurfing and surfing in Ückeritz. In Zinnowitz there is a swimming pool. You can also go jet skiing in Zinnowitz or go to the solarium. If you feel like playing golf, Balm on the backwaters is in good hands. Paragliders can z. Take off in Heringsdorf and bring kart racing fans in Peenemünde the tires to glow. For a quieter recreational activities, the climbing forest in Ückeritz / Neu Pudagla offers exciting trails through the treetops. A family petting zoo is located in Wolgast on the mainland. Some recreational opportunities are not open all year round, in some cases, a reservation is necessary.

Süße Unterkunft in sehr schöner Lage
Wir, zwei Erwachsene, ein Kind und zwei Hunde hatten die Unterkunft für 4 Nächte gebucht. Wir hatten Ferienwohnung 10. Der Inklusive Parkplatz war bereits sehr praktisch, da wir leider direkt in ein Unwetter geraten sind. Die Schlüsselübergabe etc, verlief Problemlos. Die Kurtaxe-Karten haben wir direkt vor Ort bekommen. Bereits bei der Ankunft bemerkten wir die tolle Lage. die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Spielstraße und somit abseits der viel befahrenen Straße. Nur geschätzt 50m Meter weiter befindet sich ein kleines Waldstück, durch den man direkt zur Strandpromenade kommt. Perfekt für die Hunde. Essensmöglichkeiten gab es ebenfalls in nur 5 Minuten Laufweite in jegliche Richtungen. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist etwas weiter entfernt (ca. 1,5 km), aber das störte uns nicht. In der Wohnung war alles wichtige vorhanden, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Wäscheständer, etc. Nur Seife im Badezimmer hatte leider gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist vollständig mit Fliesen ausgelegt, gut also wenn man Hausschuhe dabei hat. Eine überdachte Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Außenbereich ist nicht geschlossen. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.

Jedes Jahr mit unserem Hund
Wir kommen seit einigen Jahren sehr gerne mit unserem Hund in eine der ebenerdigen Ferienwohnungen. Die Nähe zum Hundestrand und die neue Seebrücke von Koserow, macht uns den Urlaub so attraktiv.
