"Not only you have to pay for parking. But also rooms are so small, we had trouble opening both of ours carry on bags in the same time. You could barely open the balcony window because bed was blocking half of it. And there is no air conditioning. Room was super hot, no screens in the windows. If you try to open windows for an airflow, you are getting all the bugs and mosquitoes inside…. Big disappointment for a 4star hotel."

"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was not bad too. The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so...
