"Could not fault the hotel staff. However, whilst we were there we had no electricity and water for some of the days. Shower did not work properly, along with this there was no shower screen, a blocked plug so the water couldn't drain and no air con at times. Pool area and room cleaning was very poorly maintained on top of this. This is very poor and unexpected from a 4* hotel, especially with children."

The bar and reception staff are friendly cheerful and always ready to give helpful advice. "I was unable to get taxi service to respond. If I did not know someone in the area I would have been stuck at the hotel. It is not within walking distance to stores or restaurants. It took several hours to get a response from staff and I was never able to access laundry. It was very relaxing, quiet and clean. The property was beautiful. "

"Please stay somewhere else!!!! We stayed as a party of 4 with 3 rooms. Our room didn’t have hot water in the morning and their response was that we needed to wait until 9 or so. Our friend’s rooms, which were not near the office, had no Wi-Fi and it wasn’t addressed. The beds were hard, cheap and you were able to feel the springs. We were all sore in the morning.
