"Nice view on the lake, new rooms with modern designs, clean. Not organized kitchen. Very unfriendly woman receptionist. Just on arrival hot water in shower ended. We were asked to change the room, where shower was better but tap didn't have hot water all the stay. When we arrived to breakfast(8 to 11 am) at 10 am, there were only empty dirty plates, fruits, some veggies and cakes. On our questions we were told that we still can eat what is left. After some arguments they brought some sausages...

"My booked house was taken, and instead of it they give to us an ugly apartment looks like warehouse, for price comparable with Sheraton in Bishkek. "Room/cottage is very nice, but walls are thin and if you have noisy youth in the next door cottage don't be surprised if you are kept awake until 3AM... Also probably the hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep on. Basics like coffee are not provided, but are available for pay in the resort shop on the rare occasions it is open. (There is a kiosk just outside the resort gate which is a better bet.) Positives - good food and service in the restaurants and coffee shop, and the spa centre offers...
