The modern semi-detached house is one of the major holiday units in the forest settlement Korswandt.

The house can accommodate up to 5 people. Upstairs are two bedrooms with double beds and one room with a single bed. From the hallway upstairs a daylight branches with shower. On the ground floor there is a second shower room with in-house infrared sauna. The living area is very bright and friendly due to its floor to ceiling windows that are adjacent to the terrace. Relax at together, the fully equipped kitchen is kept open to the living room. An extra dining area branches off in between. The house is particularly suitable for families.

In Korswandt you can escape the hustle and bustle of the Kasier baths and is still tightly connected to the Baltic Sea and the nearby Wolgastsee.

 In Korswandt, a quiet village in the hinterland of Usedom, the beautiful resort Waldsiedlung is located. Consisting of 2 holiday bungalows and 4 semi-detached houses right on the edge of the forest, the resort is particularly well suited for families, tourists with pets and guests looking for peace and relaxation.

The objects, ranging in size from 45 m2 to 75 m2 invite from 2 to 6 people to spend their holidays there.

Korswandt, surrounded by beautiful beech forests, invites both to be active and to relax. The Wolgastsee offers several recreational opportunities, such as pedal boats, rowboats, fishing, cycling and hiking. The distance to the Baltic Sea beach Ahlbeck is about 3 kilometers. In the seaside resort are also good shopping.

Wir waren Ende Sptember/Anfang Oktober für 6 Tage in dieser DH Hälfte zu 2t mit Hund. Ausstattung Bäder, Zimmer, Küche, Ess- u. Wohnbereich sind gut. Es fehlt an nix. Auch zum Kochen ist alles da. Auch die Sauna hat uns gefallen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber. WLAN hat auch funktioniert. Der Ort ist ruhig und idyllisch. Nach Ahlbeck (Supermärkte und Hauptort) sind es 3 km. Nach Swinemünde ( Polen) sind 5 km. Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert. ****

Das Haus war Tipptopp. Die Lage des Hauses in der Siedlung ist gut gewält. Das Haus ist an sehr heißen Tagen gut geschützt durch Bäume am Waldesrand. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Vom Ferienhaus können viele Ziele auf der Insel und in Polen in kürzester Zeit erreicht werden. Wir hatten eine super Zeit mit den Kindern!

Urlaub im Juli 2023

Ankunft und Empfang durch "pro home" klappen problemlos. Das Haus liegt am Ende der Straße und es ist demzufolge sehr ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, allerdings ist das Kochgeschirr für 5 Personen ungeeignet (ein mittelgroßer und ein kleiner Topf) und der Grill ist für die Personenanzahl zu klein. Das WLAN lässt zu wünschen übrig und Mobilfunk ist ebenfalls nur eingeschränkt möglich. Alles in Allem war unser Urlaub dort sehr schön und wir haben viel Spaß gehabt.

Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Einziges Problem ist das WLAN, das hat gar nicht gut funktioniert. Nach Ahlbeck ist es nicht weit, auch mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Allerdings ist es recht hügelig mit ordentlicher Steigung. Es ist von Vorteil, wenn man sportlich ist oder ein gutes Bike hat.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Diese Ferienwohnung war wunderschön. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Schön das auch überall Fliegengitter waren. Die Lage ist schön ruhig am Wald und nicht weit weg von Ahlbeck.
