Holiday house Ivanka is located in the suburb of Korčula on a spacious garden of 3500m2. and offers a large parking area. During your stay you will be the only guests in the house, the host is not present during your stay. The beach 300m away is the easiest to get on foot. This house offers a 193m2 space for up to 12 people. The house consists of two apartments, one on the first floor with four bedrooms and a kitchen, the other on the ground floor with one bedroom, bathroom and mini kitchen. Each room is spacious, connected with a bathroom, terrace and air conditioning. In front of the house is an outdoor swimming pool of 24m2 and depth 1, 65m with 11 quality sun loungers, table tennis, professional table football and trampoline. Next to the pool there is a summer kitchen for preparing food, to the kitchen there is an outdoor grill for a pleasant gathering and relaxation. Pets are allowed in the accommodation unit. The town of Korcula is a few minutes' pleasant walk along the sea.
