"I had many hiccups, i ll brief them one by one. Overall experience average Condition of resort not up to the mark Issues 1. Checkin took more than an hour due to their inexperience to find the booking itself (inexperienced staff) 2. Downgraded my room without my knowledge as they were not having superior room available. I got to know because superiors rooms are in different building and they alotted me room in the deluxe room building. When asked staff had no answer to it 3. Room conditions...

"It's a simple, no-frills, and functional place. Nothing fancy about the rooms, which is what I was looking for. Friendly, responsive and helpful staff all around. The breakfast is quite good and did have healthy options. One quibble: The WiFi limits to two devices, but they need to be able to reset it when the customer wants to connect a third device. People may travel with phone, tablet and laptop. "
