The apartment acommodates up to 5 guests and offers a bright and airy living space which is furnished with two sofas, a dining table and a flatscreen digital HD-TV. This area also incorporates a small kitchen which is equipped with; a Dolcegusto coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge freezer.

Outside, the apartment is surrounded by an extensive shared garden that incorporates, a heated swimming pool, a sun terrace and an alfresco dining area with a BBQ area. The apartment also offers a private terrace by the swimming pool and a small outdoor table on the shared terrace.

The property is located on the outskirts of Koper close to its beaches charming historic centre (a 10-minute drive). Here guests can stroll through the picturesque streets, soak up the Venetian-inspired architecture in Titov Square and enjoy landmarks including Praetorian Palace.

Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy cycling and hiking in the Slovenian Istria hinterland hiking area (an 11-minute walk) and nature lovers can explore the nearby Škocjanski Zatok Nature Reserve (an 8-minute drive). Along the coast visitors can enjoy swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving and kayaking. For seaside relaxation and scenic coastal hikes guests should head to Strunjan Beach which is part of a nature reserve (a 20-minute drive).

Other popular excursions include a trip to the quaint coastal town of Izola (an 8-minute drive) or a visit to Piran (a 25-minute drive) with its charming cobblestone streets, medieval buildings and Renaissance palaces. Other unmissable destinations include, the UNESCO-listed Škocjan Caves (a 40-minute drive), Postojna Cave Park (a 45-minute drive) and the historic Lipica Stud Farm (a 25-minute drive).

The local area is a paradise for wine enthusiasts and there are several vineyards within a 10-minute drive from the accommodation where guests can learn about the winemaking traditions that define the area.
