Very clean, convenient, and welcoming. Stay there in the winter for local ice fishing trips and Summer on our way to and from Colorado. Such a hidden gem perfectly located between Boulder Mountain, Capital Reef, Torrey, UT and so much more. Cynthia and Ryan are amazing hosts. The only place I will stay anywhere near this part of Utah! "
