"Kind of a seedy neighborhood. There are some casual dining spots, several bakeries, and a large grocery nearby. The breakfast was great. The only parking is on the street where ever you can find a spot. "

The suite rooms are on the small side and traffic/parking is challenging. The room and hallway carpets could use a refresh. Breakfast is included.
