"We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The young lady at check in was so friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was a very good size and so clean! They even upgraded our room which was a massive bonus so thank you for that. Breakfast was great as well. Loads of choice and all very tasty and fresh. The staff were great replacing items that run out and clearing tables quickly. The hotel is in a great location too. 30 second walk from the U bahn and only a few stops from the main shopping area. There's also some good shops nearby for any bits you need. Quiet location too We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Munich. "

"The hotel was convenient to public transportation. The staff was welcoming and warm. The front desk girl made me a pot of tea after a long day of taking in the sites. The breakfast buffet is banging! It is fresh, local, served hot. I couldn't count the number of offerings but you had to leave there full and satisfied. I would come back."

"Stayed with a friend for Oktoberfest for 3 nights, staff were very welcoming and forgiving of our awful German, the room was booked for 3 people however only 2 of us went, this was lucky as there is no way it would have been big enough for 3 people. everything was very clean, easy access to all public transport, no complaints other than the size of the room"
