Large common furnished sun terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, BBQ facilities as well as out door furniture are provided. The property offers you 5 accommodation units. All units feature free WiFi, air conditioning, SAT LCD TV, kitchen and private bathroom, while some of the units include a open space living room, balcony or terrace and views of the Adriatic sea or the pool. Free private parking on side is available. Reservation is not required. Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure. This lovely studio apartment with sea view is perfectly fit for up to two people. It features free WiFi, Air conditioning, SAT LCD TV as well as equipped kitchen, dining table and private bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Washing machine, baby cot, iron and ironing facilities are available upon the request. Molunat is a small fishing settlement in the extreme south of the Croatian coastline at the distance of 18 km from the airport and from Cavtat. Due to the properties excellent location, everything you may need for a pleasant stay can be reached within 100 m. The beach is only 10 m away while the restaurant, cafe bar and small shop are 100 m away from the property. The grocery store and ambulance are 11 km away from the property. The bus stop is 10 m away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 18 km away form the property.
