"Lovely hotel in a great location for tours. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and our room was very clean. We were slightly disappointed that the pool seating area in the rooftop was closed for refurbishment, but we did stay here off season. Local area interesting. People welcoming and friendly. Would recommend this hotel for price, local knowledge and friendliness. No dining options but plenty of local restaurants. "

"The location of the Hotel was fantastic. Nice clear water to snorkel from the hotel jetty. Their marine division actively plants corals that attract the vibrant marine life there. Compared to snorkeling there 2 years ago the corals have grown and there are more marine life to see. Not so good is the increase in rubbish in the water now. Seems noticeably more then 2 years ago too. Staff were fantastic. Took food allergies seriously and catered or warned us if our selection contained those allergens. My bro got bad jellyfish stings around his wrist whilst swimming with the manta rays the day before, and while we were discussing it at the breakfast table, one of the supervisors saw and overheard our conversation and called their first aider for advice and brought a vinegar spray which worked wonders in settling the redness and discomfort on his wrist. Very happy to recommend this hotel for their excellent service and care. "

"It's a veru good option if you're staying in Labuan Bajo. Clean. Food was ok, not the best but still can find something to eat. Spa is good and therapists are great. "

"My room was gorgeous, spacious and had a beautiful view of the grounds: there was so much lush greenery—you are literally waking up to a tropical paradise! I enjoyed local cuisine at the restaurant and enjoyed the beachfront views. I had a lovely spa experience and the breakfast is absolutely delicious: I was provided a breakfast box & coffee for my Komodo Island boat tour upon request and it came in handy! If you want to zen out & decompress from the stressors of your day to day: come here, you won’t regret it! Wali di ah!"

"Amazing expereince and extremely social hostel. I would recommend if you are looking for a social/party based hostel but still want your own privacy. The only thing is that the showers only had cold water so that sucked. Also the bed tends to get REALLY heated at nighttime because the AC isn't strong enough. But otherwise really good restaurant at the rooftop and good facilities. "

"Had a great stay at the Jayakarta hotel. It is a lovely hotel, very clean, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. Check in was fast. They upgraded me to sea view free of cost which was very kind of them. Room was very spacious and also the bathroom. They have room service. The food was good, a bit pricey. The pool area was great. They extended my check out to an extra half an hr due to my flight in the evening which I really appreciated. Free pick up and drop off shuttle included. "
