"This not a hotel, which is aparent by the name. These are serviced apartments. Really nice overall. The reception is across the street and the process is very easy in essence. Pick up your keys and you have your house for your trip. Reception people we excellent. We never had the room cleaned or towels changed for a 3 day duration, which could upset some, but as we had read reviews, we prepared for this, so it certainly wasnt a problem.
