"Great hotel in a great location. Piotrkowska is such a beautiful street. We were delighted with our decision to stay here. The bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to have some body lotion in the room. I just always assume hotels will have those types of amenities (and I didn’t bring any). Breakfast was a fantastic buffet, so delicious. I felt catered to. They brought extra water and ice to our room for us when requested. Customer service was above par. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lodz. We paid for parking on site. Very interesting driving through the tiny arched driveways. Tight fit, but so nice to have that parking for our vehicle. There are all kinds of restaurants along and beyond Piotrkowska. A very hip vibe for Lódz."

"The location is perfect, and the room is more than adequate. I got the attic room with air conditioning, and it worked great. In case you are worried, the ceiling was not too low for me - I am 175cm. TV could have more channels, and staff while efficient could be more communicative; I didn't get the WiFi password until I asked. Overall, I had a great stay."
