Waikomo Stream Villas, considered “a little gem of Poipu”, is situated on 3.9 acres of lush, tropical gardens. You will see why Kauai is named “The Garden Isle”. A smaller condominium complex, only 60 units, Waikomo is situated within walking distance of all of what is fantastic about the resort area of Poipu: world class golf, amazing beaches, trails, restaurants, shopping, snorkeling and other water sports.
Villa 101 is a 1100 sq.ft., 1 bedroom, 1 level condominium with easy access: park your car right outside the front door and enjoy the convenience of ground level entry and steps away from the pool and BBQ pavilion. Ask for details about our Jeep Grand Cherokee available!
Our condo sleeps 4 people (ideally, 2 adults, 2 children) with a large bedroom containing a king size bed and a convertible, double sized sofa bed, in the living room. (Sofa bed would be a bit small for adults unless they are on the shorter size). Everything you need for a memorable vacation is included in our unit. Villa 101 was upgraded in 2019, with a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring and paint.

The lanai off the living room is a beautiful setting amongst the peaceful stream and lush tropical vegetation. The grounds at Waikomo are impeccable. Enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai listening to the stream amidst the tropical oasis setting or your glass of wine at the end of a busy day doing the endless island activities.

You will appreciate the open concept living space of our unit, with a lanai off the front and as well in the rear. We have two ceiling fans in the living room and in the bedroom, for your comfort. Waikomo has such a beautiful breeze that air conditioning is not needed. Listen to the birds, the waterfall and the frogs at night.

The birds, frogs and roosters are all part of Kauai's Island charm and some people do take a couple days to get used to waking up to their sounds. This occurs all over the Island. In addition to a great quality ceiling fan, we provide an extra fan in the bedroom for really light sleepers. If this type of noise (i.e. roosters, frogs) will disturb your sleep we recommend earplugs for your comfort.

Walk across the street to the Kukui'ula Village that has many shops, a grocery store and restaurants. The restaurants are fantastic and all have great happy hours (mostly 3:00pm - 5:00pm).
Also shortly down the street you will find the Kiahuna Golf Club. A 30 second walk from the front door and you may enjoy the sparkling blue pool with an additional kiddie pool, change rooms & BBQ area. Or a short 15 minute stroll will bring you to the beach where there are endless activities to choose from: surf lessons, snorkeling, tanning, swimming, boating and whale watching.

Enjoy watching the migrating whales throughout December to April.
