Our 1br/1 bath newly remodelled Deluxe Condo 229 at Kiahuna in Building 35 is your ideal location for a quiet and yet convenient stay at Poipus only swimming beach directly on the premises. Our top floor location with the vaulted ceilings among beautiful trees and tropical flowers gives you the feeling of living in a tree house.
The great beach is just a 3 minute walk through the beautiful landscaped tropical garden and we provide Tommy Bahama Beachchairs, a big Beach umbrella and a cooler box so you can spend your day at the beach and relax.

We offer a master bedroom with Kingsize bed ideal for 2 people to find enough room for a comfortable stay! Our master bedroom features a 40" Samsung flat TV and a blu ray player. Also for your convenience, we have an Ihome so you can connect your Iphone or Ipad.

The living room has been equipped with a big 55" Samsung Flatscreen TV and a region and code free blu ray player, a Samsung soundbar offers you best sound when watching TV or listening to music. Also - we offer free HBO, Sports Channel, Showtime for your added entertainment. So now you can watch your favorite sports team even if you are not at home !

We have just added a new sideboard and beautiful art ( painted surfboards) from a local artist, to make you feel on Kauai even if you are inside :-)

Our kitchen is now equipped with newest stainless steel appliances, and of course all extra kitchen accessories like double brew coffee maker, Ninja Power Blender, 4-slice toaster, mixer and - we even offer an original Delonghi Espresso Automat and seperate wine cooler ! Of course we have the adequate glasses for wine and champagne also in stock for your enjoyment.
Our new high quality pots and ceramic pans help to prepare delicious meals which you can enjoy on the beautiful lanai (balcony), helping to save lots of money for eating out.

Our guests also enjoy the free use of pool and the newly renovated and excellently equipped Fitness Center!

All rentals require a 50 % Deposit, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation is possible until 60 days prior to arrival at no charge. Cancellations less than 60 days are billed at a one nights rate. No refunds can be made for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival (unless unit can be rented out otherwise).

This place is perfect! It has everything you could need.
The location of this condo is perfect. Inside the resort area is well kept landscapes that are gorgeous, the beach is a short 5min walk to the beach, and the location is amazing (grocery store, restaurants, etc are all super close). Inside the condo, they have everything you could possibly need. Beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, a full kitchen. The bed is very comfortable and the condo has a very welcoming/home feel. We absolutely would come back!

The owner said the lanai was like being in a treehouse! It truly was! So many upgraded amenities, especially in the kitchen. It’s beautifully decorated. Very warm, and welcoming condo. The owner was attentive and responded right away for a small glitch. Highly recommend a stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean and well appointed with everything you need for a beach vacation - beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. We found it to be quiet. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to all inquiries and even dropped by to give us some chocolates! The unit was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Place!
Had an amazing experience staying here! Easy check in open 24/7. Amazing location, couldn’t be happier with the beautiful grounds of the plantation. Workout facility and pool was nice, awesome coffee shop across the street. Easy beach access and short walking distance. Awesome condo, just as pictured, very clean. Host was amazing and was very accommodating to us and we appreciated it! Did everything to make our stay even better and easier with checkout, very quick response times as well. Great stay and would come back!

Great location, very nice, clean and well-equipped condo, totally awesome!!!
We found this on line at the last minute and could not have been more pleased. Contact with the owner was really easy, she always responded quickly, even on the last day when we found out that the Condo management required her permission for us to do a late checkout. We reached her in time and she gave us permission to check out late, which was great because our plane didnt leave till 10 at night! The area is really fun, with lots to do and good restaurants. We had a great time and would return!!

Awesome condo!! Great location!
This was our first time to Kauai and absolutely fell in love with the island!! We loved our condo!! Top of the line furnishings. Very quiet and so convenient!! Check in and out was a breeze. The staff was very accommodating and friendly during our short stay. We would give 5 stars but the bed was very soft and felt broken down. We had to get a bed board for my husband's side for his back. I would recommend this place and am anxious to return!

Well maintained, comfortable condo with many extras
We enjoyed our stay immensely. The unit was exactly as described. Besides being well maintained, it contained everything needed for a fun, relaxing week. The new appliances were great, including the mixer for wonderful frozen drinks. We enjoyed the use of the snorkels and masks, beach chairs and umbrella. Although we knew the pool was across the street, we found it slightly further than we would have liked on a hot afternoon . We would definitely recommend this property.

Great condo!
We had a wonderful stay at our condo! Everything is very neat and clean. The fans kept us nice and cool. The modern kitchen was where we made most of our breakfasts and packed lunches for the day. Drinks were on the lanai every night. Office staff was very friendly and I was even able to get a hold of the owners through email very quickly with a question. We were very close to a kids' beach, which was perfect for our family. There is a shopping area right across the street, which was helpful for the occasional coffee or snack. Fantastic place to stay on the south side of the island.

Just what we needed!!
My husband and I came to the Kiahuna Plantation 4 years ago to celebrate our honeymoon, staying at a different condo. This trip was to celebrate our babymoon in Suzanne's condo, we had the greatest time. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies to cook our meals at night, our stay was quiet, not too far away from the dreamy beach, close to the shopping center to load up on fresh juice or gelato and overall the accommodations were great. The trip was JUST what we needed. If you are coming to stay at Suzanne's and want to do surf lessons, Allan is the guy to ask for down at the hut by the beach. Thanks for a fantastic stay Suzanne. We will definitely be making our way back to your place in due time with our little nugget. Much love.

AMAZING CONDO
First, I really love staying at Kiahuna Plantation. This is my second stay, but the first in this unit. It is truly a wonderful condo. It has everything you could ever need on a vacation stay and its all new and in pristine condition. The unit is very clean and everything is in perfect working condition. There was a mix up with my reservations, not the owners fault, but it did result in having to stay in another unit the first night. The owner lives in Europe, but once contacted, immediately worked to resolve the situation. Suzanne was very apologetic and concerned about my situation. I would stay in her unit the next time in Kauai. There is two large screen TV's which was awesome. Ceiling fans in every room, much needed in Kauai. Love this part of the island, great places to eat just down the road. Merrimans, Tortilla Republic, Eating House, and Red Salt. all very good. Beach is the best! and its flanked by two resorts so if lunch is needed its a short walk. Must visit the "Grand Canyon of Kauai", great hikes.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is short walk to a nice swimming beach. Turtles and Monk seals were seen on our early morning walks. There were beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and ice chest for our daily outings. We will be back!

Fabulous Location & Hosts!
This was our 4th visit to fabulous Kauai and this location was definitely the best. The condo is beautifully appointed and has every convenience. The beach is stellar with great snorkeling, whale sightings and the even the occasional seal. But the most special part of this spot are the incredible hosts, Susanne and Frank. Their generosity and care throughout our booking process warmed our hearts and will keep us coming back!
