One-bedroom, second-floor condo with great view of the ocean, Prince Kuhio Park, and the mountains. Enjoy the view while keeping in touch with the world with a 42' HDTV and high speed internet. You can hear the ocean waves from your bedroom at night while sleeping on a new King bed and being cooled by the tropical breeze.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker. The unit is decorated in tranquil blue decor and has ample storage so you can 'move in' with comfort whether for a week or a month or more. There is a laundry room in the complex for your convenience.

The Prince Kuhio complex features beautifully manicured tropical grounds with a peaceful, inviting swimming pool, tranquil Koi pond, and a large barbecue area with both gas and charcoal barbecues. The adjacent parking garage has a public roof-top mini-golf course.

This condo on Kauai's south shore is cozy and charming. During the day, surfing, swimming and snorkeling with turtles and schools of colorful fish are no more than 100 feet from the condo. At day's end, across the street is the most perfect sunset on the lawn of the Beach House Restaurant, sometimes with the backdrop of migrating whales.

Golf, boating, scuba diving, tennis, horseback riding and great shopping are close at hand in Poipu and the small town of Koloa which is just minutes away. This is as close to paradise as it gets!

Best place to stay
The place was very clean, in a good location, and they provided everything you could possibly need. Bed was huge and comfortable. Very close to Poipu beach, Shipwreck beach, Spouting Horn, mall and food trucks. Made our vacation even better!

Perfect base spot for exploring Kauai!
This little condo has surprisingly LOTS of space to unwind and feel comfortable while planning out your adventures for the day in paradise! We loved the roomy bathroom and invigorating shower, the large comfy bed, the relaxing living room AND the tiny, but thoroughly relaxing porch for two overlooking the grounds and the soothing waves crashing right across the road. Absolutely beautiful spot and a real bargain for the money!

Great spot in Paradise
This is a fabulous place to explore the South Shore. The beaches are fabulous. Lots of hiking options and close to Waimea Canyon. The condo is extremely well equipped and comfortable. We highly recommend.

We enjoyed having everything we needed in such a beautiful convenient place. We were told that we wouldn't have hot water for at least a few days, but that very evening it was fixed! We used the nicely stocked kitchen and grill outside.

Just across road from ocean . 5 min walk to excellent snorkeling. 15 min walk to shopping g mall with restraints . Kitchen well equipped , plus beach chairs, beach towels and noodles to use . Pool is a bonus . We will be back

The best word to describe this property is "adequate". Real small with an unusual layout. Parking was a nightmare. Parking lot was terribly designed. Advertising a balcony is a bit of an exaggeration. Two foot wide, with really no room to sit out there. If I hadn't been a single traveler there would have been nowhere to keep our luggage. Nice, limited view of the ocean. Park next door was pretty. I would not stay here again.

Great location
Centrally located, easy walk to the mall and coffee. Beach is right there. This was a great location for us while we learned to scuba dive. The condo is clean and well stocked with what we needed to enjoy the beach. Thanks for the cookies.

Lovely unit.
The unit is great. Perfect for our needs. Roomy and comfortable with everything we needed. There is no air conditioning, however, the Crosswinds are strong and keep everything nice and cool. Be Forewarned there are tons of roosters running around and they Crow all night long. Challenging if you are a light sleeper. Also, parking was an issue. We had to park on the street every day of our stay.

I’m my father’s caregiver and desperately needed a chance to relax. 203 at Prince Kuhio resort was well-stocked for beach and relaxing at home (puzzles, games, DVDs, books, etc). The location is PERFECT! Thank you.

Parking was a nightmare as the lot was poorly designed. Entrance to shower looked like it was an escape hole in the wall. Need a step ladder to get in. Kitchen well stocked with cooking needs. If I wasn't travelling alone there would have been nowhere to spread out your luggage. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance and they are scattered around. Really needed the rental car.

Truly Paradise
The property was equipped with every necessity! Beach umbrella, chairs, towels and cooler. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans and cooking utensils. Very comfortable bed and sea breezes! Property was tastefully decorated and the Sunrise view was surreal! Walking distance to beaches, restaurants and convenience stores. Property Management staff was lovely and very helpful! We will certainly book again! Can't wait to return! Mahalo!

Great little spot with a beautiful view
Clean and really close to the ocean. We loved hearing the parakeets in the trees every morning and watching come in to roost at night. Great ocean view and sunrises from the balcony. The bed is comfortable and the shower is bigger than it looks in the photos. We loved snorkeling at the beach across the street and wandering around the park in the backyard. We used the community grill to grill our fresh fish! The room is quiet. We couldn’t hear the neighbors at all. I really liked this place.

Beach House Beauty
Great little 1 bedroom unit. Location in Poipu is fantastic. Unit is pretty well equipped but has no dishwasher but that didn’t bug us after the 1st day or so. Towels, linens and Beach equipment are included. Walk across the street to the beach for some stellar snorkeling. Fish of all types and sizes, turtles and if you’re lucky an Eagle Ray might come swimming by. For an incredible meal try the Beach House Restaurant. Easy to get around the island from this location. Always good to come home to catch the sunset and the onslaught of parakeets just after the sun goes down. AMAZING

The morning sunrise was beautiful coming into the living room. I also loved that there were no other units looking into our place. Balcony was small but the furniture was placed that you felt outside when you opened the slider door. Bed was very comfortable and whole unit was clean and had a home feel. Perfect for the two of us. Location was convenient for walking and watching the sunset. Had to drive to a beach for swimming but so close it wasn’t a problem. We will definitely stay here when we visit Kauai again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There's a way to set up your condo that makes sense for guests and this condo needs help. The vacation rental co. was outstanding, and responded quickly to our wish to replace stinky, musty bath towels. They came by the same day with brand new towels. Nevertheless, the entire condo could use a major update. The lanai is truly a 2 ft. wide balcony, the view is accurate, the cooler provided is a personal size of 14 quarts and not large enough to hold more than 2 small water bottles and 2 sandwiches, the grass mat was torn and ruined before our arrival and the single boogie board of a very poor quality that is not worth using. It feels as though owners aren't invested in bringing it up a few notches.Parking close to sunset and later in the condo's lot is very sparse as many people come to this West facing area called the Beach House Resort (across the street) to watch the sunset. Beach House Resort hosts several weddings also. The deadend road is surprisingly very busy with cars and noisy until 10pm-ish every day. The condo is small and great for 2 people or a couple with one very young child, but not for more. The living room space off the "lanai" is overcrowded with a huge granny chair, an L shaped couch, 3 end tables, a desk, a chair, 2 bookshelves, and a large TV cabinet. It is stuffed and not what is featured in the photograph sadly. There are plenty of DVD movies available, not much for board games, and several helpful guide books on Kauai. There is no guest log for people to share tips and only the property management co. had a few helpful links. Kauai has SO many cool things to see and do, I would think any host/owner would want to share info. Other than the noise, the location is lovely as we could walk to the Spouting Horn, the National Botanical Gardens, and a lovely further walk along Hoonani Road (oceanside). Beaches, Waimea and Old Koloa Town are cool, but all towns this side of the island are small. No real grocery store
