Kuhio Shores 112 is a quiet, private oceanfront air conditioned condo that is 10 steps from the water’s edge. No need to deal with stairs or elevators; simply walk out the sliding glass door, and enjoy the ocean’s majesty! The first-floor location allows easy access to unforgettable sunrise and sunset views. Watch turtles while enjoying your morning coffee on the lanai. Surfers will entertain you while they work the famous waves directly in front of our unit and some of the best snorkeling on the island is just steps away.

We’ve made every effort to make your stay a comfortable one. Our newly installed Air Conditioning, ceiling fan, and the wonderful tropical breezes will delight you. Our kitchen, with a beautiful native koa wood island, is equipped with full size appliances, an ice maker, coffee maker & grinder, microwave, toaster, blender, and complete set of dishes and cookware. The living area has floor to ceiling windows looking out on the ocean, comfortable furnishings, a 40+ inch smart TV, dimmable lighting, free internet & cable, and USB equipped outlets for your devices. The bedroom has a California king bed, plenty of closet and dresser storage, a smart TV, and a secure, private window that provides access to the trade winds. The bathroom has a large vanity and glass walled, walk in shower. Your privacy and security are ensured by our keyless lock system and you will never be locked out by losing a key.

Outstanding snorkeling is steps from the building, with rental equipment available next door at the famous Beach House Restaurant. Kukui’ula Village Shopping Center is an easy 10-minute walk away, and offers dining (from Bubba Burgers to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse), a culinary market, clothing shops, groceries, drug store, shave ice, coffee/ice cream parlor, and more.

Peaceful condo in a great location!
It's a nice quiet place with lots of stuff nearby. Tons of sea turtles every day can be seen swimming in the ocean right outside your door. Baby Beach is right next door for great swimming and snorkeling. Place was clean and had all the things needed to cook at home. Beach chairs were appreciated!

The sound of the surf lulled us to sleep and surfers were out in the water daily to watch from our lanai. The unit is very comfortable and well equipped and convenient to shopping and restaurants.

So nice to be right on the ocean, hear the crashing waves, watch sunrises and sunsets and have a snorkeling beach right next door! Kitchen was simple, but adequate for basic meals. Bathroom layout was a little cramped. Bed and furniture comfortable. Roosters and birds like to hang out on front lawn. Thanks for the stay.

Amazing stay
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Laura’s property. We stayed 4 nights here on a quick getaway from LA. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a/c and parking. In addition, the location was absolutely amazing. The unit faces the water which is a 5 min walk to amazing snorkeling, surfing, and beach areas. Not to mention right next door to beach house restaurant. I would definitely stay again! Great Stay!
This condo is situated in a quieter area of Poipu, which is just what we were looking for. It is a ground level with a patio that you can sit at and watch the sunrise/sunsets or walk the 15 feet to the ocean to see turtles or seals. The unit has everything you need and the facility staff were very friendly. You can walk for miles along the seaside in either direction and there is groceries, foodcarts and restaurants nearby. There are some small sandy beach areas within walking distance but you have to drive to the bigger ones. All in all, a great stay, everything we were hoping for and a helpful host!

Nice scenic location, super close to the water. Unit was equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Parking some nights was difficult as construction project took up a number of available spaces. Also it is a condo so you do hear your neighbors.

Laura's home exceeded out expectations. The views from her house hit you right away as you walk in, there is seriously nothing like it. The house was clean, and she had beach chairs and an umbrella which came in handy. The house was stocked with essentials. Laura was quick to respond to anything, and we were really happy. The location is absolutely perfect. Right next to beaches, and the infamous "Beach House Restaurant" We're so thrilled, and hope to be back soon. Thanks, Laura!

Loved EVERYTHING about this condo! Beautiful view with ocean crashing and extremely well “equipped “ with anything you could need…except wash clothes. Communication with Laura was easy and fast. We actually got married on the lawn (small group of 6) but “neighbors” to the left, right and above us all joined in and congratulated us! One minute walk (if that) to the beach house. Loved the location and will definitely return! Mahalo!

Wow! What a great place.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The turtles were surfing in the waves right out front! (in early June). It was a great location to things to do/see on the South Shore, and surprisingly quiet. BUT the water being just a few feet away was the highlight. Would have settled for a hammock with that view and the sound of the waves. Haha. It had all the extras we needed (chairs, cooler, etc.). Having a kitchen was really great. Comfortable bed. Restaurant next door was good. Parking was never an issue and we came/went at all hours. Would stay again.

There is no need to look at any other property. The views are absolutely incredible. We called it "Turtle TV" because at any given moment, you'd be watching 3-5 turtles in the surf right off the patio. We watched surfers, outrigger races and rainbows. It's perfectly outfitted with all you could need. Boogie board, cooler, beach chairs and towels, kitchen equipment—you name it. Plus Laura is a gem--communicated quickly, answered all questions and was such a delight. We loved having dinner right on the lawn on the edge of the small drop off to the ocean, using the chairs and end tables on the patio. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. And you can't beat the location. Minutes from everything—including shopping, groceries, fantastic coastal hikes, live music, etc. We will definitely come again! You will no regrets staying here. Granted, other units may have granite countertops or updated bathrooms, but we were so comfortable. The bed is super comfortable with soft sheets. There's great A/C, really good water pressure in the shower, soft, fluffy towels. The way the patios are situated, you have privacy. You can't see the patios on either side of you at all. It's a quiet complex and everyone is just so happy to be there. Parking is easy, always a space for you. And this unit is close to the laundry room, outdoor shower—perfect location. We can't wait to go back to this little piece of paradise. You can book it with confidence (just not on the weeks we want it!) Mahalo, Laura!

Wonderful Condo with great views
The check in was a snap and we loved not having a key to deal with. The condo was in perfect condition - very clean and extremely well stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. We loved being right on the water's edge only steps from the beach. Our only complaint was that this was not a sandy beach but rather it was rocky with difficult accessibility.The condo is located in a very nice neighborhood and you can easily walk to a nearby shopping center with plenty of dining and shopping options. There is a farmers market there on Wednesday afternoons. We missed it both weeks we were there but we did enjoy local fruit from roadside stands and banana bread baked daily. The island is small so we were able to see and do everything during our 2 week stay without stress. The sunsets are spectacular but you have to leave the condo and walk outside to see them. We did see turtles in the water but none on the beach. That was disappointing. We used the grill to cook steaks one night. They are community grills but very nice and they were clean. Also used the community laundry - one per floor. Small but adequate. Overall, a great stay and less than 30 minutes from the airport.
