This property is fantastic for location! Beach is directly outside your door! I do think this place could use a deep clean and updated furniture but for location as well as the price, it can’t be beat! We had a great time here!

We could have spent our whole vacation on the patio. The surfers, turtles, seals, snorkeler’s even spotted dolphins and a whale. Oh and the sunset’s.

Great view and neighborhood
This place is as advertised with a great view and nice one story condo. The neighborhood was nice and we traveled north and west around the island and felt it was centrally located for our needs. We enjoyed the Poipu area. When I had questions, he was quick to respond and gave us lots of information.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely Koloa home! The location is spectacular with the views from the lanai. We saw several sea turtles swimming right outside the condo. Host was responsive, property was well cared for and aligned with the listing. Well stocked and very comfortable beds!
