Corner Unit Ground Floor Kiahuna Plantation Unit. Steps To Beach!

Beautiful Kiahuna Plantation is the only beach-front condominium on Poipu Beach and a perfect tropical paradise. 35 lush tropical acres situated on a gorgeous beach. Unit 44 in Building 9 is a short 2 minute walk to the great lawn and the beach where you can swim, snorkel, sunbathe, surf, boogie board or watch for monk seals. Our location is close to the beach, away from the road noise at the back of the property. Unit 44 is an end unit allowing the trade winds to flow throughout the condo, provides more windows and a brighter experience. The lanai's location provides a shady exclusive area for your private enjoyment. Stepping off the Lanai takes you to a large grass lawn where your children can safely play allowing you to watch over their activities from the Lanai. You can see how accessible the large lawn is in our photos. One of our "pictures" is a map of the property with the location of unit 44 indicated by a red circle. We are about as close to the beach as you can get, without moving into the higher priced Ocean View category. In addition to a King bed in the master bedroom, there is a very comfortable Queen sofa bed in the living room.

Our unit was completely remodeled in the summer of 2015 and it is gorgeous!

Great stay!
This was our 4th stay at Kiahuna and the first time in this condo. We had a wonderful time here, but compared to other suites in the complex the place seems a bit dated but overall it was very comfortable.

Beautiful newly renovated condo in a great location.
We really enjoyed our stay. It's our 3rd visit at Kiahuna Plantation. Great location, nothing was lacking for basic needs and it's in a great location. Nice garden view with a private first floor lanai and a few steps to the beautiful beach. Loved the new decor! We'd rent here again.

Beautifully updated condo
The condo has been updated and has an old Hawaii vibe. It is comfortable, well located and just across from the Poipu Shopping Village. We would definitely come back.

Absolutely wonderful!
This lovely condo was so comfortable and absolutely perfect for our family's vacation in Kauai. Kiahuna Plantation is a rare gem - gorgeous gardens, giant trees and and lush grass opening to the oceanfront and brown-sugar beach. Perfection!! We had a marvelous time and cannot wait to return!

Paradise on Kauai
We have stayed several times at the Kiahuna plantation. We loved our 3 week stay at this lovely comfortable and clean unit. The owner has thought of everything. Chairs, umbrella and a small cooler were available for beach fun. The resort borders on one of the best beaches on the island. Snorkeling, surfing,swimming, or just bobbing right out front. We love the beauty and peace of this resort. The pool is nice for little children and adults. we rarely used it as the beach is so great.

Great stay. The grounds are beautiful - unit is a short walk to the beach. And the roosters were barely noticeable (we stayed in a different unit last time on the plantation and they drove us crazy). Book it... you won't be sorry.

Pros: Quiet location. Close to the beach. Health Club use was great benefit. Close to shopping and dining. Comfortable bed. Cons: ceiling fan on bedroom a little loud-needs some maintenance. Unit is close to the beach, gardens are beautiful, large open grass area for kids to play. Pool across the road at athletic club is lovely with options to order drinks and food. Shallow area for little kids to play safely, and a waterslide for all ages to enjoy. Amazing Hawaiian style restaurant right across the road from the property. Unit has everything you need. Recommend staying here for sure.

Relaxing stay
We had a wonderful holiday in unit 44, the open floor plan, privacy and quite setting made our stay pleasant and relaxing. We have stayed in many units at the Kiahuna plantation over the years, unit 44 has to be our favorite. The location, upgraded granite countertops and kitchen outfitted with everything we needed to make a meal and refrigerator with a ice maker met all our needs and desires. Thank you!
