A private hot tub for 7 people on the 1000 sqft back lanai (continuous Ozone cleaning). A new gas drill, outdoor dining for 6 people, and patios.

A large kitchen fully equipped with high-quality cookware, dinnerware and complete utensils, center cook top island . All new stainless steel appliances including side by side refrigerator, 5 burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and wall oven.

Two dining rooms accommodate up 14 people inside, and plus outdoor dining for 6.

Primary bedrooms suite: Upstairs Cal king bed, A/C, TV, ceiling fan, private lanai and patios, couch, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.
