"The location is great as it is within walking distance to everything you need to do around the city centre. The spot is very clean although the keys didnt work upon checking in the property. We had to call for a code to enter the apartment. The place is clean, nothing too fancy or large. Just sufficient for a two day stay I felt. The instructions were great along the way. "

"Very clean. Sink is outside the bathroom which is very inconvenient for hand washing after using the toilet. Iron is available from reception but reception has very few working hours so it's best to bring your own or ensure you request it on time when reception is open. "

"Such a lovely hotel. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The room and bathroom were so comfortable and huge! The hotel was within an easy walk of everything we waned to do and see. There is great shopping and restaurants. Should we ever return to Vienna I would not hesitate to stay in this lovely hotel."
