Beautiful and modernly built Villa Mandre is located on the west side of the island of Pag, in the picturesque coastal village of Mandre in Northern Dalmatia.

The pleasant ambience of the garden with Mediterranean greenery has an area of 850m2 and the villa Mandre itself 160m2. Villa Mandre amazes us with its minimalist exterior and equally elegant interior. The villa can accommodate maximum 8 people; 6 of them in 3 comfortable bedrooms. There is another extra bed in the living room for 2 people.

All three bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the house. From the balcony of one room there is a beautiful view of the sea with neighbouring islands, the other two bedrooms offer a view of the picturesque village and the Mediterranean environment. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds (180x200cm), and one with two single beds (90x200cm) that can be connected if necessary. One bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, and guests have at their disposal one additional bathroom with a bathtub.

On the ground floor there is also a charming kitchen with dining area as well as an outdoor dining table on the veranda. There is also an outdoor grill for unforgettable meals and socializing in the fresh air. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room bathed in daylight with TV that has satellite and cable reception. All 3 bedrooms also have satellite and cable TV. Wi-Fi signal is available throughout the property.

In front of Villa Mandre in a Mediterranean landscaped garden is a heated pool measuring 32m2, with a depth of 120-165cm. Around the pool there are 3 deck chairs and outdoor dining table with chairs that offer guests the opportunity to relax in the intimacy of a beautiful setting. Next to the pool in a stylishly landscaped yard there is more garden furniture that provides unforgettable moments of rest and relaxation.

Those who want to swim in the sea, will not need to walk long since the first beach (pebble) is only 350m away from the villa.

In the charming village of Mandre, you will find a caffe bar, restaurant, bakery and supermarket. Other facilities you may find in the bigger nearby centres on the island, Novalja (10km away) and the town of Pag (20km away). The island of Pag is known for its millennial olive trees, lunar surface-stone side, Pag lace and famous Pag cheese products that you can find in the neighbouring village of Kolan (3km away) where the famous cheese factory Gligora with a tasting room and cheese shop.

Perfect location
We were a group of 8 friends renting out this villa for a week. Great and quiet location perfect for a family holiday. You have plenty of restaurants down the street at the beach. We had music on all day and it bothered nobody. Only in the nighttime you have to turn down the music. For party lovers, Zrće beach is 20 min taxi ride away. Nina was a great host and very communicative through WhatsApp. It would be better if Novasol would provide a number to contact in advance because we had questions beforehand which took a while All in all 5* would always come back !
