"Staying here was a pleasure. The location could not be better just a short stroll to Mall Road. The food was exceptional and the garden area was a peaceful retreat. "Great property with great room. We took a premium room for 3 days and the hotel was kind enough to shift our booking date free of cost without any questions asked even beyond the allowed date. They have excellent dining and breakfast in the hotel on property. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and the view is excellent. The location is also convenient with old and new manali mall roads just few minutes walk away. Overall an excellent stay."

"It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. I came all the way from Canada and I highly regret my decision. No courtesy ."
