The room was fine - hand towel and wash cloth were quite thin and not absorbent, but bed was comfortable and I had a good stay.

The floor in room was so dirty. Older couple came to breakfast late with 4 still eating. Husband moving slow, wife going through chemo. Staff started grabbing the food and putting away. Without letting them get anything to eat. Because he was to slow picking out what she could eat to settle her stomach. He also raised his voice saying we had to leave. I am 67 and wanted to beat His ass . I am sure his mother wouldn't be proud of him. It broke my heart. You don't treat your elderly and sick like that. A week later and it still bothers me.

Extremely disappointed, old room smells like smoke, people hanging around the outside. We had our children along didn’t feel safe sleeping there also we didn’t trust the safety and cleanliness of the room, ended up paying for another room at a better place. PLEASE DON’T waste your money on this dirty filthy unsafe hotel.

We had to kill bugs in the room , the sheet were Scratchy, The beds were terrible and the toilet was very low hard from some one like me that is disabled to get up, We asked for a first floor due to being disabled and they had us on the second Acted like it was a problem to move us to the first floor , which they did but was not happy about it Machines were for soft drink where out of order They hardly had any breakfast juice was out of order I I would not stay there again , recommended to anybody.
