" The hotel was everything we expected it to be--clean and comfortable--though our room could have used a second soft chair. Tel Aviv is a mixture of newer buildings--like the Savoy Hotel--and old run-down ones many of which are covered in graffiti. The Savoy is in the midst of both kinds of buildings. However; it is easy to overlook the graffiti-covered buildings because the hotel is so close to the Mediterranean Sea. We would gladly stay here again. "

"Good for the price. I don’t know her name but the first day I was there I needed a taxi to the bus station. She tried to help me get an app, but for some reason I couldn’t so she used her own app and booked the ride for me. I’ll always be thankful to her because if it weren’t for her I would’ve missed a tour to Jordan. "

"Even though it oddly protrudes from the base of a mini mall it’s one of the best options to anyone staying in Tel Aviv. First it’s south of the other hotels on busy Hayarkon street which makes it an easier access by car or by cab Second the rooms are very large and a family can easily take a junior suite these rooms have luxurious bathrooms and large closets. Third because it sits on top of a mini mall all the rooms start higher. Fourth it has a parking lot with direct access which is incredibly convenient. Fifth their breakfast buffet is excellent. Last the staff is very nice very helpful. So depending on your needs but if you don’t care for a super grand super fancy lobby that serves nothing but card about location convenience and cleanliness it’s the great deal. "

"Fabulous customer service, the staff could not be nicer. I was greeted by name as I walked in as a repeat customer and accommodated immediately. Every request was handled efficiently and with a smile. Wonderful breakfast. Nice soap products. And a perfect arrangement with a full blown gym nearby. "

"At all, the service was friendly and prompt and pleasant. It was right next to the beach and near all the Israeli dancing every Saturday. From the hotel lobby, you can watch the surfers and people playing football volleyball and a beautiful sunset"
