"The house was exceptionally beautiful and in traditional keeping with the Mani architecture. Extremely quiet and remote with fabulous views. Great exploring and the most important for us was the wild flowers - exceptional in April. The house is very cosy and well equipped and even broadband is available despite it's remoteness. Jokke and Tonno were great hosts with easy and helpful communication. Gythio, the local town is about 30mins away (supermarkets, tavernas, petrol station etc). No local...

"The house is beautiful, with lots of seating areas, good sized bedrooms and a lovely garden and terraces. These combine great views of the sea and mountains, with sheltered places to eat and cook outside. The area of the Mani the house is in is dramatic and surprising, and Kiparissos is a great base to explore it all. Last but not least there are two delightful beaches within 5 minutes walk, both often deserted and with lovely clear water. We look forward to returning!"

"Amazing view overlooking the ocean and a lovely crystal clear bay which was great for snorkeling. Kostas, the host, couldn't have been more welcoming! "We had a very disappointing stay in this apartment in July. Both the apartment and the owner fell far below our expectations, especially given how expensive the place was. For details, read on. We had been assured by the owner that wonderful cross ventilation made air conditioning unnecessary, but this was definitely not the case in the summer heat. "Simple, rustic building with loads of charm and character. Nice hot shower, warm cosy bedrooms with comfortable beds. Right in the middle of the village with the taverna opposite. We had a great dinner there and walked back down our cobbled path to our stone hideaway. The entire village is very scenic with stone towers and cobbled streets wherever you turn. Will try to visit this area again!"

"An amazing spot with great views, an ideal get away from the busy world. The tower is decorated with love to the detail and give you ample opportunity to sit either inside or on various places outside. The nearest beach is a 5 min drive with crystal clear water and almost no people when we were there at the end of September."
